Im helping a friend put in a B16a(from a 99 civic si) in his 96 civic ex. the one problem is that the car was made for a hydralic tran, but he got a cable one for his new motor. it fits fine w/ the motor of course... but there are clearance issue's w. the new pedel and the hole in the fire wall is 2 low.

does any1 know what should i do. drill a new hole and shace away some stuff 2 make the pedel fit. i have a good idea on how 2 do it but i want to hear of what some other people are doin..
