Default d16z6 head on d15b8 block

I was wondering what ECU would be best for my project swap. I decided to put a Z6 head on my stock block from my 93 HB. I got the head off of a 95 z6 engine for $75 from a guy at school. well I put the block and head together and everything did a complete overhaul of the engine and now I need a wiring harness, ECU and distributor. ( and a vtec controller ). does anyone know what would work best that is not to expensive.

Here's the easiest solution IMO.

P28 ECU
Z6 distributor
Keep the CX harness, wire up the VTEC and 4 wire O2 sensor yourself.
