Ive been looking for a factory honda cd player and i found an acura ITR player for sale locally i havent gone to look at it yet but im wondering if the wireing harness will be the same or if i could splice it all up perhaps does anyone have any ideas or have ne pics of the harness from and ITR and a EX accord? my accord has the factory Tape Deck sitting in it right now it looks like someone just plugged it in and slid it in becuase its not mounted in anyway.

What year accord do you have? Because I hated the headunit on my old ITR. It SUCKED. not worth the $$ IMO. I like my 6th gen one A LOT BETTER.

well, the harnesses are the same, it will definitely plug right in, but unless it's really cheap, or you want to keep it factory, I would just go aftermarket. You could get a cd player for around $200 - $250 that will sound way better than the factory one.

i think they're the same....i have a cassette deck from a 93 accord in my 97 integra. harness fits, but the radio is a little narrow and flops out when i start too fast.....i guess i should mount it in

I would also suggests going aftermarket. Personally- i loved the Alpine 7875. it looked cool and sounded great and had a function to control your subs. I like the 6-disc in-dash that came stock for the Av6 i have now so i probably won't change that.
