pump primes, MR clicks, no CEL's, getting spark but it doesn't start????

pump primes, MR clicks, no CEL's, getting spark but it doesn't start????
well first off my car is a 90 CRX Si with a B16A swap and PW0 ECU
ok so recently my car just died on my one day when I was driving it home and wouldn't start again. I've already done the obvious like checked all the fuses and they were all good. I've also reseated all the connections on the Engine harness to make sure. I've also replaced and tried 3 other MR's and they all work. So I tried starting her up and it start mysteriously and then would stall out and die. since then it does not start anymore but cranks and sounds like it's burping and trying to start.

I've tried a different, in good working condition, ignition switch and it does turn over. I can smell fuel so I know my injectors are working.
I'm starting to wonder if my ignitor is going out on me or what is going on? My next step is to try out another dizzy or try mine on another CRX.
what could it be?
