Im trying to mount lucas 440 injectors with the RC injector O-ring on a Venom B series Fuel rail to a Golden Eagle Manifold. I know the small O-ring on the end of the injector seals basically nothing, but when if I put the injector into the manifold with the O-rings it will be flush(lined up according to the manifold)with the O rings sealing all around.
If I position the injectors so everything is sealed and then mount the fuel rail it will NOT fit flush. I will have to angle the injectors a little bit to enter the venom rail holes. Which will leave the bottom O-ring in a position where it will basically be sealing more then the other side because of the OFFset angle. The original O-ring that came with my lucas injector was thicker but I cant find them.

Thats the thing, I dont want to move the injectors out of place so the rail needs to be moved. The rail has 3 peices that slide onto the back portion of the rail which accomadates the studs. From what I see if it was further into the correct position the rail would be very close to the studs and how would the nuts fit on there. I wish I had my stock fuel rail out so I could see if it fits, the 93 civic dx rail wouldnt happen to have the same pattern as the gsr one would it. Cause I do have one of those outside.
Thank for a Freakin Response though

If I do torque it down, you can clearly see the top portion of the injectors is not flush to the rail and you can only imagine how the bottom must be.

Haven't seen this one before. I can tell you that the manifold is o.k. We use a stock fuel rail with mockup metal injectors as a fixture when we are welding on the fuel rail bracket, so that cannot be your problem. Hope you can figure it out.

Omg im bummed, I shipped my manifold to venom and just got it back today, 70 dollar shipping both ways. Looks like all that was required was spacers, but guessss What.
My vacuum line attatchment is bent good size 20 degrees
and I dont know if it was liked this before but if I look in the manifold I can see the other end of the attatchment protruding to the inside.
Talk about fuking misfortune I cant believe this kind of **** happens to me
