I hate god damn tuner rims - they remind me of those horrid dealer installed tuner packages so prevelant in the mid 90's

I'm sad for your car which I till this point really liked

with the spoonies it looked like a whole complete thought out and executed car - the new rims look like either just wanting a change or for attention - Had there been some kind of move to incorporate this with the rest of the car like painting it red then that would have been 1 thing

 

I like the rota slips on my car, However, a friend of mine wanted it so bad. that he was willing to give me his Volks for them. I wasn't really feelin the white volks so I traded them for these and got some $$ with it too.

BTW: slips are really inexpensive right now. I might pick up another set soon.

somebody traded you slips for ce's ? - I just picked some silver volks and I thought 800 bux with no tires was freakin rad

Yup! straight trade. My Rota slips for some 15x7 white volks ce28n w/ yoko rubber.
