1) how do i run obd1 injectors and not run the resistor box?? (if you thinks it better not to run obd1 injectors then tell me!)
2)the hasport vtec jumper is it a good buy at 75$ plugs in and wire to ecu or is there a better way i dont want to buy rpm activated switch to ghetto for me not buying apexi cause im going hondata so how do i run the vtec nice and clean??
well thats bout it for now any help on this would be great

If you don't mind wasting a few more dollars - go obd 1. Buy an OBD0-OBD1 jumper harness, OBD1 Dizzy, OBD1 injectors, OBD1 ecu(P28). With that you are pretty much set. I did it and I think it's the best way to go. I'll find and post up the name of a fellow Honda-Tech member that makes jumper harnesses. Best I've seen and you can add me to his list of satisfied customers with no problems what so ever.

i have everything bought i have the locash hanress jumper distributor adapter and vtec sub harness.........just want to know really how to hook up my OBD1 injectors i did the mpfi swap but i didnt buy a resistor box so i just need to know the next step to wire up my injectors without resistor box
i think u can just plug in the injectors without the resistor box..it should work. but, i think ur gonna have to solder the blk/red wires together individually. (do a search). On the harness part....use ur dx harness and add the 2 injector plugs and the 1 dizzy plug for the distributor.
dont you have to splice in the yel/blk wire from the engine harness in also?
im doing the same with my sohc vtec in my dx.
i did a obdo-obd1 in my si hatch a wile back and remember the yel\blk wire from the engine harness also getting spliced into the plug with all the injectors
sorry dont wana confuse anyone maybe im wrong?

yeah i checked my plug today and i have 6 wires going into it. is the last wire not needed if your staying obd0?
the car is wired up correctly and runs great (i cant remember where the 6th wire went to)

6th should be a power wire for the injectors.
injectors are just magnets really... but all a resistor box does is keep the ohm resistance down to a good level and powers the injectors and then the other wire will go to the ecu and then it has the openvalve/close valve code functions.
correct if im wrong please

the reason im doubting myself is that im positive blown90 knows a hell of alot more than i do.

my bad i didnt see that the 5th wire going into the plug is the yel/blk and i can confirm that they will work if all 5 wires are sodered together. (i got my dx running today) but i just dont remember what the 6th wire comming out of the plug went to. possiably the o2 witch is not need if staying obd0. not sure but i think i awnsered my own queston ha
