Do you have the plug that plugs into the factory power lock switch on your new door panels?? If you dont, get it. If you do then there should be three wires coming out of it. A black and two others. You will need to extend these 3 wires through your door and into your car. Ground the black wire of the switch in the car not in the door, the door is a horrible ground being it is mounted on hinges. Then it will depend on what type of alarm you have but I am going to assume it is Viper since they own almost everybody now. Find the little blue and little green wires that come off of your alarm. Make sure these are the right wires by unplugging them then arming or disarming the alarm and if the door locks dont work you have the right ones. The green is lock, connect one of the wires you ran in to it, blue is unlock, connect the other wire you ran in to it. Now test the lock switch. If there backwards simply switch the two wires you hooked to green and blue. simple.
