you dont need one..they pretty common

just jack up the car...look for bolts and remove in the order...
when you jack up the car...and go under it...it looks pretty simple..trust me thought it was hard too...but after that things going well...

have faith...or you can go here

Its some of the simplest work you will ever do as far as bolt-ons go. Just look for bolts around the head and exhaust and take them out.

becarefull not to bust off the bolts holding on teh exhaust manifolt......those will have gotten to know the head very well, and will be very sorry to leave it, if ya know what i mean........use a penetrating lubricant on all the flange bolts.......while you at it, you might as well get some new rubber exhaust hangers......by now, your old ones are probably misshaped by fatigue or begining to crack

like a few people said, the biggest problem (especially with the header) is you dont want to over torque those bolts. you'll snap them off in a heart beat. good luck man

Pretty straight forward. Just unbolt old, bolt on new.

How to remove and install a factory header and replace it with a one-piece after-market header:

(1) Place the front of the Vehicle on Jack stands.

(2) With a 10mm socket, remove the A/C Line support bracket (circled in blue)

(3) Using a 12mm socket or wrench, remove the 4 bolts that attach the Exhaust Manifold Heat shield.

(4) From underneath the vehicle using a 14mm socket and long extension, remove the 3 nuts that attach the down pipe to the exhaust manifold.

(5) With a 14mm socket, remove the bolt that holds the manifold support bracket to the block.

(6) Remove the 2 lower nuts that attach the support bracket to the pipe with a 12mm socket.

(7) Loosen the two upper bolts that attach the bracket to the block.

(8) Using a 12mm wrench and a 14mm wrench, remove the two bolts with springs that attach the pipe to the Catalytic Converter and remove it from the vehicle.

(9) Using a 12mm socket with an extension, remove the seven bolts and 2 nuts that attach the stock manifold to the head and remove it from the vehicle.

(10) Using a 22mm wrench, remove the Oxygen Sensor from the stock pipe and place it into the header.

(11) This one piece header requires installation from underneath the vehicle.

(12) Remove the front splash shield.

(13) Install the header from underneath. You may have difficulty getting it in, but be patient. It fits this way.

(14) Now the installation is the reverse of the removal. Once done, double check your installation and for leaks or rattles.

The best I can do for you man. Good luck.
