people who have experience with both.......... hondata w/boost option or aem ems... which would u go?

(my application: stock gsr @ 8psi)

I don't have experience with AEM, but I would go with Hondata. It's cheaper, and there are tuners all over the place.

 

hondata with all options is almost the same price as ems

AEM EMS

Use what your tuner perfers.

 

hmm thats what i was wondering.... aem ems u can get for about 900.... then u wouldnt need a turbo timer or boost controller..... and u can sell ur ECU. but some telling me u get better numbers with hondata.. some telling me aem ems..

 

try a search man. This has been covered more times than I can count

 

i have...... but they both look about the same to me. both have produced good numbers. only problem is not as much aem tuners....... anyone heared of justin ninny or something in austin? supposedly best aem ems tuner.....

Wow I have never told anyone to search in my entire time here...but I think I am going to this time.

Go to the search feature, go to archived threads, type in 'hondata aem ems' and there will be hours of reading.

After that, go to http://www.aempower.com forums and see all the topics they have about it.

I vote AEM all the way.

 

I don't know much about the ems from AEM but I have a Hondata S200 with the goodies installed and it works great. I recommend it to anyone running FI.
