whats a car like this worth??
Hey guys im new here and i got a question about a car. My freind is selling her 94 civic hatch with 114,000 miles on it and i was wondering what it would be worth. Im not sure what motor is tho, im thinking its a dx. The car has a carbn fiber hood and rear lip, 2 12" diamond audio subs and pioneer amp, 17" momo rims, exhaust(not sure what kind), intake, the interior is done in white and orange, and it has a custom orange paint job. She told me to give her a price on it and we would go from there, so i was wondering what you guys would thingk is a fair price to offer her. Its in mint condition also accept for some dings on the rims

1. Go to http://www.kbb.com and find out the CORRECT price you should be paying for a car like that.
2. Aftermarket modifications don't mean JACK **** in adding value to ANY car. Especially, ricer modifications such as 17s, subs, painted interior and painted exterior. People do pay more, but shouldn't have to.
3. IMO, this hatch sounds like it's ugly. IMO, shop around and get yourself a STOCK hatch and work it to YOUR liking, not someone elses.

yeah pretty much, the interior sounds horrible and 17's on a hatch,,,i hate 17's on hatches,,, i have them on my coupe cause i have the clearence for them (barley) but i usually have 15" wheels on my car,,buy a stock car and make it yours you will never be the true owner of that car if you buy it done

Like the first poster said, go to http://www.kbb.com and just type in what her car is. It'll give you a quote.
And then subtract like $500 for all that other stuff she has, ESPECIALLY the interior.
