Default Too much to pay? *NEED* opinions on purchase! Please help!

Hey guys. I'm contemplating buying this car. As of right now, I'm thinking I'm gonna buy it. I do however, still have time to back out of the purchase. I'm having a few second thoughts; they're related *solely* to the price. This car is in amazing shape. I think there's one ding and a couple paint chips. The interior is *mint* and it's got a handful of tasteful mods that I would be doing anyway. I really, really like the car. I'm just looking for opinions on the price, to see what you guys would consider paying. I would be paying $9500 canadian for the car with a fresh safety. The chassis has 262xxx km on it, and the JDM B18C1 has about 130xxx km. Please help! Here's the ad and the pictures:

I have owned this car since 1996. I am the second owner. I purchased this car privately from an older gentleman who took very good care of the car as I have. Never been smoked and is currently in storage. No rust on the car. Rear wheel wells were cut out and replaced with aftremarket replacement panels not just patched up.

Must sell. Need a bigger vehicle. Would consider trade + cash for a Subaru WRX/Sti or Honda Element

Price Reduced:
$9750 OBO or $9,500 without wheels/tires.

Car is in excellent condition
All Service records since new
Including papers/receipts for engine

$9,500CAD (About 4,750USD as far as I recall) sounds about right for the car, but I would still have the car checked by a professional mechanic.

Conversion rate is a little more than that.

Yep, way too high. You could get a EK with a B18 for that much.

The only thing that even stood out at me to make the price more than 6k(US) is the paintjob, wven then it shouldn't be more than 7.5-8K(again in US).
