Difference between these two EK4 clusters?

Difference between these two EK4 clusters?
Obviously the colors are different. But did the amber marking cluster come out in 96-98 and the white marking cluster in 99-00?

But it has a B16A in it for the first cluster because of the redline. It is for an EK, so I guess it must be an EK4 cluster. Unless Japan had something else with a B16A with that shape gauge cluster.

In Canada the Acura EL comes with an Amber Cluster exactly like the one posted, I took out my regular Ek cluster and replaced it with the EL cluster since it glows Amber at night.

amber 96-98 and white 99-00
clusters will be from 96-00 jdm ek4 due to higher redline.
there same as u.k ek4 but ours come in mph rather than kph and redline at 8000
