Wheel Noise???

Wheel Noise???
This problem has happened lately when I took off my wheels to be sprayed black. My wheel/wheels would make some sort of clacking noise, the noise isnt as bad as before when I didnt tighten the lug nuts tight enough (thank god the nuts werent damaged). The noise only happens when your foot is off the throttle, and its definatley in the front. What the possible problems besides the lug nuts??
