Default Air/Fuel ratio question...

I searched the archives and found the correct air to fuel ratio for an H22 is about 13.5
I found on my dyno chart that my car is running at about 12 or richer the whole time
I was thinking about getting the Apexi Vtec controler and fuel management computer
Is the Apexi worth getting if its like $300?
If i was to lean it out to the said 13.5 air/fuel would i see any power gains? How much?

yes its worth it, u can pick up probably a solid 5hp with a vtec controller, and no to mention a great amount of midrange by lowering ur vtec, I've seen 25+ hp gains in lowering the vtec alone,
