Default REBUILT AND RUNNING PIG RICH

Engine was taken out of the car(D16Y8) and air conditioning was removed. Bottom end stock crank, eagle rods, SRP pistons ARP head studs. As for the head just a Comp Cam and re-adjusted the valves, and the rest, Skunk 2 Intake manifold, using stock injectors but I have 520cc MSD injectors with stock fuel rail+regulator. Skunk 2 exhaust cat-back AEM CAI, New wires and plugs 2 degrees colder. Anyways the engine was rebuilt and put back in the car. All connections were hooked back up except for 1 air conditioner plug.

ANYWAYS HERE IS THE PROBLEM, When the car is started up it is running PIG RICH, idles like **** and wont rev over 2000. And the check engine light stays solid.
Is the check engine light on cause of the unplugged air conditioner plug or is it something else??Not sure how to check what code its throwing, ot sure how to check (OBDII).

Also am going OBDI chipped with hondata and going turbo

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

i see two problems 1 you need an afc to take some fuel out for your idle 2. did you break the tps or was it recently replaced or adjusted? also you may have the map sensor plug and tps plug crossed. both would cause it to "rev-limit "at 2k rpm

Which is the tps and which is the map. The map is on the Throttle body and the tps is on the back of the intake??
Tried switching them, not really a difference

How would Running stock injectors cause too much fuel??
