Default REBUILT AND RUNNING PIG RICH

Engine was taken out of the car(D16Y8) and air conditioning was removed. Bottom end stock crank, eagle rods, SRP pistons ARP head studs. As for the head just a Comp Cam and re-adjusted the valves, and the rest, Skunk 2 Intake manifold, using stock injectors but I have 520cc MSD injectors with stock fuel rail+regulator. Skunk 2 exhaust cat-back AEM CAI, New wires and plugs 2 degrees colder. Anyways the engine was rebuilt and put back in the car. All connections were hooked back up except for 1 air conditioner plug.

ANYWAYS HERE IS THE PROBLEM, When the car is started up it is running PIG RICH, idles like **** and wont rev over 2000. And the check engine light stays solid.
Is the check engine light on cause of the unplugged air conditioner plug or is it something else??Not sure how to check what code its throwing, ot sure how to check (OBDII).

Also am going OBDI chipped with hondata and going turbo

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Short the 2-wire connector (brown/black wires?) that's in a green rubber socket by the ecu in the passenger side wheelwell. Turn on the ignition.

It's like morse code. A series of dashes, followed by dots.

Dash----Dash-----Dot----Dot----Dot would be code 23. It will repeat. Or, you will get a series of codes, and the series will repeat.

Probably not getting o2 sensor, or TPS, or something severe like that. Not going over 2K RPM is really weird/severe though! Actually, not getting a MAP sensor voltage might do that, esp. with larger injectors.
