do ya know how to add vtec to the zc 90 i read the article on the 93' but would that work for the zc.i need the complete how to?meaning how to the conversion. thanks

ZC block wont bolt to a B series VTEC head...

Only B series blocks bolt to B series VTEC heads...

you can still try the VTEC juice though.

 

D != B

ZC is a D series (your probably thinking of putting a b-series VTEC head on it) and on top of that it's a bit of a black sheep.. it just can't be done man, well..... anything can be done but it would cost too much to be worth it. Just have fun with the ZC for now and look at other options if you want VTEC.

 

you cant do it to a dohc zc, but you can to a sohc zc if thats what you have?

thats what i have a soch zc. have you done it before ?and if have give me the info to do it

there you will find a thread by "bauleycivic" and that, my friend, will answer every single question you may have!

this maybe the same article you already read. because it'll be the same to put the vtec head onto your car, just run a switch to activate VTEC, or use a rpm switch like a shift light does

um.........just put a VTEC sticker on the valve cover
