Default can anyone tell me more about this brake pads.. Carbotech P+

hello all.. can anyone tell me more about this pads i have.. they are Carbotech panther plus. are they racing only pads? are they streetable? etc etc..

here are the pics...

Er... looking closer. Those appear to be OEM pads. They are marked "nissin" on the back, and have wear indicators... and the edge of the pads are like OEM.

watson i would concur....


UNLESS someone sent those backing plates to carbotech and had them bake a compound on the backing plates...

No reason to do that when they already stock honda backing plates

And carbotech pads are not bevelled on the edges...

aaah thanks.. never thought about that before.. i did see the nissin stamp but never thought about it.. since ive never heard about the Carbotech pads before.. i guess they are OEM then lol .. now how do i find out what car are they for?? OT kinda question

according to the box... #503 is NSX/ITR front calipers

Thos are not Panther Plus pads.

However, the fact that the original owner of those pads never took the OEM ones back out of the Carbotech box tells us that he liked the P+ better than OEM!
