...and no technically it's not legal, that K&N filter says it's illegal on the box, all the cone filters do, they're legal purely for race and offroad applications, so suck on that ebay scammers

Amazingly, this item actually is CARB exempt. Here is the EO notice and the cars on which it has approval.

CP is located in City of Industry, I would call them at 877-696-8000 or look at http://www.checkpointautoaccessories.com to get more details on the construction, if it's a real K&N filter, etc before you purchase it.

not for an integra, $36 for short ram with no carb sticker. $71 minus the k&n W/CARB

 

my firend has one on his ls, it's kinda like a aem but cheaper and the carb stickers are real. it's alright, good for the $$$ i guess
