Default Which of these parts would you replace OEM, Aftermarket, or Used?

See Signature Below:

One Complete Headlight Assembly - I heard Hondas are way better than any aftermarket. Plastic is much thicker and tougher. Cost is $100 aftermarket vs. $155. Honda.

Bumper Cover Fasteners - Aftermarket strong enough. Honda wants like $2.43/each fastener

Negative Battery Cable - Salvage yard, right?

Fuel Filter - Aftermarket Nippon probably same as Honda's - not much difference in price though.

CV Joints Labor - Salvage yard owner told me to trust him on this one and get the Honda Rebuilts.

R outer Tie Rod End - Aftermarket Karlyn brand (USA made) or Honda? I recently replaced a Volvo inner tie rod and the factory OEM was beefier than the Karlyn replacement, but I think the Karlyn still seemed ok.
