Default 2000 v6 accord? Can a 6-speed type-s tranny be mounted on it?

Just want to see if its a straight bolt on other than having to add MT items.

It is possible but if you are not very mechanically proficient then I would suggest it is not something you should try. If you really want a 6 speed then trade your car in on a new 6 speed. or buy a used cl-s 6 speed.

yes you can do it. you can get one from a CL-S 6sp or the newer Accord 6speed. the problem is cost. finding a tranny is going to be difficult and it will be $$$ plus all the other parts to do the work. unless you auto tranny has failed it's probably not worth it. your most likley better off trading/selling you car for a V6 6speed accord.
