changing an 86 accord tranny to newer
does any one know if a newer tranny can by swaped it replace of 86 auto that keeps slipping. if so what is the lates year that it can be swaped with.

i have the same you Accord and had the same problem , i went with an 89 tranny , it has the newer imput shaft and other revised parts in it . HTH
