Well.. you obviously can't get a new ITR right now but when I purchased mine new in 2001 it was $34,500.00 .. Yes I know EXPENSIVE. A 2001 GS-R ran about $29,800 so go figure.. Yes, there are all sorts of import taxes that need to be paid but, since I bought mine from the Acura dealership, the costs were bundled into the purchase price..

A lot of people buy the cars in Florida and other states and then ship them over but the savings is not that much over purchasing at the local dealers and they still have to pay taxes when the car arrives.

BTW, thanks for the comments !! I too think she looks hella-clean !! Let's see how long that lasts with the bad weather on the way
