Default b16 vtech heads

i am in the process of starting a project with my 95 integra ls i need some advice on what to get for the replacement head i want to go with a b 16 vtech head. if there are any tech people who can help with advice on what to do please help

before any1 jumps on you it's VTEC not VTECH, and the only advice anyone can give you is do a search, that'll be the first thing everyone on here is gonna tell you, cause this topic has been covered many many times

GSR head will yield higher compression. Which should give you some better numbers. Either way b16 or b18c1, you can't make a wrong choice. Both are great heads. However the main diff. is that the GSR makes higher compression on an LS block...

Have fun, and learn to spell VTEC.
