Default another integra converter...

i just picked up my first teg yesterday. 98 Supersonic Blue Pearl GSR. everythings stock except the Eibach Sportlines. i got it for super cheap because it has really high mileage, but its about 90% highway. the previous owner lived in idaho and commuted between there and SLC a lot. its in almost perfect condition otherwise.

i gotta say, after owning 3 civics in the past 4 years, i wish i would have started out with a teg

pics tomorrow (maybe?)

F*CK alarms. Anyone who knows even a little about stealing cars can stop and alarm and it's proper ignition/fuel cut within a minute. Do a search on alarms. I remember seeing a 8+ page thread on how to make a good anti-theft device. From the thread most people said layers, meaning a lot of anti-theft devices. Alarm is good, but also at a hidden fuel cut, and ECU cut and fuse cut and etc...etc... Personally I have 2 switches that I made myself so no one knows about them AT ALL. An alarm is easy to beat because every knows how they work. MAke yor own and only you know!

Sorry to jack the thread like that, but i really hate alarms or clubs or anything that is not layered...they are so worthless. Now if you have an alarm/relocated hood line/club/and something else then you are pretty safe.

yeah, the alarm i'm getting is only one of many layers of security.

but if a theif really wants your car, all they have to do is tow it. doesnt matter how much your car is layered with security, its pretty hard to escape a tow truck.
