Any Almost Stock R Owners hitting mid to low 14's on this Thread ???
i just wanted to know because a couple of people dont believe me that almost stock R's with very good drivers on this board can hit a 14.5 or better

To answer your question, yes there are many stock ITR's in the 14.5 second range or faster on this board.

I had a 98 with the following mods....
Toda header, 2001 ITR intake cam, 2.25" test pipe, V-AFC, AEM regulator and cam gears, Comptech Icebox and ATS 4.9 FD and I ran a 13.5@103.
Stock cams, P73 ECU, stock ITR exhaust, stock everything else.
Weight reduction consisted of no P/S, no ABS, full interior and A/C.
It was hitting approx. 190/128 on the dyno.
2.19 60ft. 1/8 mile was 8.9@80.
This was consistent. Seriously, like 9 or 10 times in a row within a tenth.

man i dont know how u guys can hit those low times... maybe i should try and drive my friends ITR> he has headertech header, comptech ice box w/ no name SRI, and a 2.5" exhaust w/ fresh Azeni's. the car weighs like 2500 or aroun dthere and he can only hit a 14.5... all day long too. hmm...
