I would like to know as well. I looked through HD today and all they have is straight pipes. I know KTeller.com has them but i dont want to use my credit card anymore until i get my bill lowered.

 

Any good muffler shop can order mandrel "U" bends. They can be ordered in several radius's.

I get all my U bends and piping from KTeller, he is simple the best person I have delt with for getting pipes.

 

thers a guy on ebay whos mandrels are cheaper than kteller, i have used his stuff a couple times. good stuff...

 

check local domestic performance shops, i got the bends for my IC setup from a place in tucson. if not try a muffler shop or online. jegs sells that **** for cheap if i remember

 

Kteller is a great guy and has damn near anything you could need for your simple fabrication needs(intercooler piping, exhaust, downpipe...). I shop summit simply because it's about 5 minutes from my house and they have a huge in stock selection of Hooker bends, Hedman bends, and summit brand bends.

 

We have a wide variety of bends including - inconel, titanium, 321 304 stainless, and aluminum. We dont stock mild steeel but we can get it and it isn't cheap like anyhting else we have

I was just wondering if you meant Mild Steel "is" cheap or "isnt"? I know mild steel is the least expensive of the metals you listed. Also, where are you located? Thanks.

Mild Steel isn't expensive, we just dont sell it cheap

 

I shop Burns for all my U-bends, piping, and collector needs. None better IMO.

I live in Florida, but local NAPA stores around here carry U bends. So maybe if you have NAPA in Cali, they should carry also.

RoadRaceEngineering.com is where I got mine. I think they're in Norwalk or somewhere in that area. $15 for 2.5" U-bends didn't seem too bad.

Mild Steel ---- U's J's 2inch thru 3 inch with 2.5 radiuos
Mild Steel ---- U's J's 1.5 inch thru 1.7/8 with 2.5 radious

Stainless as well but very limited

depends on how many get but they are the cheepest

 

Flanges range from 20/25.00 Exhaust

Tubing 18ga 1.3/4 4 inch radious = 8.00
" " 1.3/4 2.5 radious = 8.00
" " 1.7/8 3 inch radious = 8.50
