OK , I JUST DID A MOTOR SWAP AND EVERYTHING IS DONE BUT AFTER I UNHOOKED SHIFT CABLE, MY FOURTH GEAR LIGHT IS BLINKING GREEN, CAR IS AN AUTOMATICC, WHAT IS CAUSING THIS, IS IT POSSIBLE THE SHIFT CABLE NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED OR SOMETHING, I HAVE NOT DROVE CAR YET, BUT I KNOW ITS NOT STUCK IN FOURTH BECAUSE IT GOES INTO PARK AND NEUTRAL, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP???????

 

caps are bad! do a search on this and you will how to pull the code from the TCU (transmission control unit)...that will greatly help in narrowing down your problem. not to sound like an ***, but you said you unhooked the shift cable, but did you hook it back up? i assume you did by the post....anyways, find out how to pull the TCU code (plenty of threads....i've never looked into it myself) and go from there. good luck man
