Default Front Seat Removal? *Searched*

I want to remove my stock front seats out of my 1990 Civic Si. I do not want to damage the plastic pieces that cover the two rear floor bolts on either side of the seat. I've poked, pryed and pulled at them to get them off and they do not move. What is the correct way to remove these with no damage? Thanks for your help.

A simple flathead screwdriver will work, I haven't damaged a piece to date...
