Default Wheel/Tire fitment on 4th Gen VTEC Lude

Hi. I currently have the stock sawblade 15's w/205-50-15 tires.

I have a chance to get a pretty good deal on some 16x7 Rota C8's in Steel Gray for my black Lude (hope they look good).

But these are coming off a 99 Civic HB and the kid got 205/45/16 Yoko ES 100's

Good tires but right size?? I heard on 16x7's 215-45-16 is perfect to match overall stock size, right?

Sounds like they are a little narrower than I should get (not a big deal) but the ratio is diff so the sidewall will be smaller right? So my car will be geared lower and speedo will be off etc. ?

My question is are there other 4th Gens w/ wheel tire packages of this size (205-45-16) on 16x7's ??

Will the sidewide size be very minute or will it look retarded on my non-lowered Lude.

Fast responce and pix please!! I gotta tell the kid if I'm buying them ASAP.

THANKS

~JAKE

Correct me if I wrong, but aren't 99 Civics still a 4*100mm bolt pattern?

You do know that 4th gen ludes are 4*114.3mm, right?

Yes I know. I was under the impression it was 8-hole and thus 4x100 & 4x114.3 (universal). The kid thought so too but since he only needed 4x100 who knows.

Does anybody here have persoanl experience w/Rota C8's or 4-lug Rotas in general?

Also is the offset stamped on the wheel somewhere - he thinks they are +40 but they could be +38

THANKS
