Check your AC evaporator drain. On my '95 it's way forward in the passenger footwell. Look for a low point in the plastic housing, with a rubber hose going forward thru the firewall. Right where someone can kick it loose...

Sometimes it gets plugged with crud & you have to squeeze it or something to let it drain. You could get under the car & poke something into the end of the tube, but you might get a facefull of old stale water.

What year Integra do you have and under which part of the dash does it come from? 2nd gens are notorious for having water come down by the passenger's feet area.

the water leak could be from under the dash..

Let me be one of the people to also say F$@% that water leak ive had that on my civic hatch and it was a freakin swimming pool on the drivers side. anyways i checked before and ive had someone pouring water on my car while i looked uder and u can really see where its comin from because it is a little tiny stream of water that flows u can see the water but cant see wheres it comin from. but its got to be either something about the windshield or holes or plugs int he firewall
for the water leak
