If money isn't a problem, then definitely go top of the line. More expensive is not always better, but cheapest is never very good. I would ask around because sometimes you can get the same preformance and quality from cheaper parts, but again, not the cheapest.

buy a CF hood y0! .. nah jk .. go easy at first .. like i/h/e or something, then go higher dollar stuff, keep the appearance until last, makes it worth while.

OK... AEM CAI, Mugen Twinloop Exhaust (if it exists for this car), koni yellow shocks, Ground Control coilover sleeves, Comptech or Suspension Techniques Speedtech rear sway/tie combo, a good light set of 15" wheels, do some research on tires for your application.

This guy can get you a lot of USDM stuff for really cheap, you just have to give him a call and tell him to Pimp yO ryde!
