Default A couple recent projects B18B1 manifold and Nissan KA 3" DP

Here is the manifold I made. It's just mild steel welded with a lincoln 135 mig. Wish I had pics of the inside, this flows pretty damn well and has nice WG placement.

this is a 3" DP and WG reroute I made for an s14 240sx. It goes on a top mount manifold I made for a 60 trim T3. flares from 2.5-3" at the top and stays 3" all the way to the tip. sounds mean as hell and pulls really nice. let me know what you guys think. enjoy

hey thanks for the comments guys. I'll have to post up this b16 manifold i'm working on, the welds are a bit better than those. You can probably see by the weld quality I made that DP about 5 weeks prior to the manifold. practice makes perfect (especially when you get paid to practice )

I'll trade one for a B series mock up head and block. seriously. just needs to have the exhaust side of the head and block intact. It could have a rod sticking out of the oil filter for all I care

thanks, the head flange and t3 flange are a premade CNC'd part, just like pretty much any weld up manifold you see on here.

Dude, that is ******* nice, how much would it cost for you to fab up an equal length for a d16y8 with a t3 flange on the and a 38 mm wg?

I guess if you want me to build you one e-mail me and we can figure it out (fastpst@gwi.net). I'll have to see how busy I am at the shop with local cars, might take a couple weeks or so. I have no idea on pricing since I always do whole turbo kits as a package, built on the car. I'll think about it, thanks for the interest.

what is it 10mm taller? That would be OK i guess as long as the webbing on the outside and the AC compressor are in the same spots.

ya its a 94 gsr. same thing really. This one is non-AC, compressor on drivers side, which I really prefer because you end up not having your oil return cross the DP and the DP flows a little better too. putting a filter on is easy as it gets.

If it's going into a civic with a half radiator I could make the WG flow even better by having it angle down from the front rather than to the side. This design has 0 creep anyway but I try to get the closest to ideal design as possible.
