code 14 iac, oil in gas, vacuum lines

code 14 iac, oil in gas, vacuum lines
i made a post about a week ago that i did my first oil change on my newly swaped b16a1 in an Hf and found gas in the oil. today i got a code 14 and i think my vaccum lines might not be hook up incorrectly because the Hf has two extra senosor (or what ever you want to call them in that vacuum "black box") and i wasn't sure how to connect everything. could these things be why i have gas in my oil? how do i fix my code 14
