Default Got my custom exhaust today *PICS*

Video Here:
http://home.comcast.net/~keith...1.wmv

Got my new exhaust setup today, and I love it. It's really nice and deep, loud, but deep. I can also notice that it pulls a bit harder.

The setup is:

2.5" Downpipe
3" Flex Pipe
3" Carsound Cat
3" Mandral Bent Catback Exhaust
Magnaflow Muffler

BTW, it's on a 99 Prelude.

Anyway, here are the pics:

So to Maganaflow!

Is that muffler 3" straight through? If not it might be choking the exhaust flow.

Nice tip. I probably would've left Magnaflow w/o a tip but yours looks GOOD!

if it makes power
i just don't like the tone, it seems IMO kinda raspy. not nearly as deep as i expected. i guess i'm just used to fart can style exhaust sound (hks hi-power). i love the bov though!!

That really sounds awesome. Sounds even better than my girlfriend's focus! She has a magnaflow catback.. sounds really good, i'm envious. I figured it only sounded so nice because the muffler is about mid car and gives the left over sound alot of room to travel and become quieter.

I wonder if my b18c1 N/A's exhaust would sound worse than your 2.2L turbo if I ran something similar (2.25" carsound cat, 2.25" magnaflow muffler, 2.25" piping).. I used to have a turbo d16 with the same exhaust I have on here now...with no cat.. which is a 2.25" headerback into an Apexi N1. Loud as HELL. Sounds shitty too! Used to sound decent on my turbo d, loud...but yah. What u think?

What muffler is that, specifically? Have a part # or anything? Mainly wondering if it's straight through or not.
