take it to a body shop and get a FREE estimate, thats what they are for. doesnt look to bad, some minor damage, is just the bumper support bent a little? this is what you need:
1. 1-chain, about 10 ft long
2. large diameter tree
3. friend to guide you
take the chain, put it around the bent part on your bumper, wrap it around the tree, and yank. might not have to yank hard to pull it out, but it might help. ive done it in the past, helps and its free too.
or, you can just go to the body shop.

I agree you didn't bend anything that couldn't be fixed with a few well placed vice grips and a rather large hammer....
that and a few days of hammering away at it and annoying the neighbors.

I doubt the frame is bent. it just crushed the fender, and bent the headlight support. You can Just get that fixed get a new fender and you will be straight. And if there is frame damage the cheap way to find out is to go to a alighment shop and ask them.

how do u guys put pictures where the happy face goes? ANyways, u bent the actual frame too, not just fuked up the fender. I suggest u take it to a shop, get the estimate and work from there. but it shouldnt be more that 500$ if u have the parts already....all there really gonna do is fix the frame so u can throw the parts back on..hit me up if u have any question, i had to replace my hole front because someone vandalized my car, my hatch is a 98 and since insurance paid for parts i converted to 99....but u should do that man....good luck
if you want it done right bring it to a shop. Most shops charge about $60 ph. Keep this in mind if you do it at home. A car has to be with in spec cant be more than +2 or -2 mm off. I doubt you could do it at home. If you have a Tram guage and a port a puller it would work. As for having a silver front already I doubt it perfectly matches in color. Id get it repainted. They would have to blend in to your doors as well. Even if its of a car with the color code it could be off a lil because a factory color can be different than one built 2 months later cause manufactor switch paint brand sometims on the assembly line. So say you have a EBP car when you mix the paint there could be 3 formulas for it. One could have a lil more or less of a toner in it.
Im actualy in the process right now of putting a new frame rails on a 92hb and its on the rack and getting measured before we weld it. Im guessing 3 or 4 hours on the rack for your car but cant really tell from pics of how bad it is. Also if you do the back yard thing doing a single hard pull to straighten a unbody can actualy do more damage and stress the metal and rip it. On unibodies you want to do multiple pull set ups and you cant really do it at home with out a rack.

yeah. I've been working at a body shop for a long time now. You can probably fix that with a good rubber mallet and some time. Just take the old fender off and see where the new one needs to go and adjust accordingly. You also might want to get the front end aligned just to be sure you dont get uneven tire wear.
