Default Header question

I'm currently seeking for a Header for my 00SI.

My current set up is : ICEBOX / stock B-pipe / Mugen twinloop
I have about $500 to spend on headers so that limits my option
to APEX / COMPTECH / JG . This probably is going to be
my last mod since baby is on the way....

Want the best for my set up.
But cannot make up my mind on which one to get.
I've heard good things for all the headers mentioned above (yes, i searched)

Your knowledge and info will be highly appreciated.

Best regards--

What about JDM DC? With minimal mods it should be fine.

JDM ITR
I was thinking about getting the JDM ITR Header for my Si too. What needs to be modified? I've heard that since the ITR Header is for 1.8 and the Si is 1.6 that there are some modifications required. Is this true?

Thanks for all your replies.

I'm looking for a 4-2-1.
This car is a daily driver...I never auto-x.

I'm not looking for JDM DC since it's not street legal.

Of the above, what would you recomend?
Would like to have mroe info on the JG header if possible.

Thank you

No modification besides the 2.5" collector, the difference between the 1.6 and 1.8 is 7mm (about 1/4") due to deck height, so the 1.8 header on a 1.6 will hang 7mm lower.

The JDM ITR Header will give me the best power gain out of any aftermarket headers out in the market, right? Atleast that's what I've heard.

I've very satisfied with my Apex 4-2-1 in my 99 Si. With only that and an AEM CAI I'm putting down 147.8hp & 103.1tq which isn't bad. Just my $0.02

This should say "Other than buying a used header, the best header for the money........"

DC 4-1 Look at the torque and hp at midrange. That is compared to stock and 4-2-1 DC
