low oil level shutoff?
i do not believe there is. if you think you might be low on oil, do a simple check of the dipstick and dont start it up...if you dont start the engine, it wont need to be shut off...

any engine will seize if you run the motor for with no or low enough oil. dry friction will toast a motor in no time.
Cel will lite for the vtec system malfunction due to low oil.
the car will not shut itself off or prevent to start up for no/low oil.

Sometimes there's a warning noise, kinda like a grinding screetching sound right before the engine stops.
