I have a 99' gsr and I have full catback exaust, 4-1 header, cold-air intake, and a Skunk 2 intake mainafold. What is the next mod I should get that will increase My HP the most? The exaust is tsuda N1 extreme which kinda sucks should I just get new exuast or put the money into something else like cam gears, pullys, or a fuel rail?

but i bet you are bouncing all over the place. I bet you 75% of h-t member would agree with me. If you looking for hp gain, look into itr cams....cheap mod

Upgrade your computer (get a chip), you'll have to get a OBD1 ecu which could be a OBD1 GSR 94-95 (expensive) or a P28 which costs about the same as a GSR would with a chip already in it, you also will need a OBD2 to OBD1 conversion harness. Another good upgrade for your car would be a Lightweight flywheel, one of the best upgrades you can get for around $300 and you'll feel the difference. This will allow your car to rev much quicker, I would suggest the Exedy flywheels cause their made out of chromoly not aluminum which might get damaged, a good clutch would be good too. There are bigger things you could get but with what you got already this would be a good little setup. Good luck.
Out of the 3 you just listed the only one that may net you any power is the pulleys. A fuel rail won't thats for sure. And cam gears. Well the stock cam gears are designed pretty well for a stock car so you would be hard pressed to see any gain without more work done to your engine.
for the love of god, dont get a chip. Waste of money unless it specifically tuned for your car. The level of mods on your car doesnt really warrant a tuned ecu.
Try searching to see what would best suit your engine package, as well as what you want to do with the car.

Cheap route but will give you good gains:
....ITR cams, Carsound Cat and VAFC. Then, tune.
....if you don't have a good set of tires then get some or lightweight rims. It helps more then you could imagine.
Expensive route. Get some Toda Spec B's or Skunk2 Stage 2 cams, build up your valvetrain, get some cam gears, Hondata/VAFC, Carsound cat, Headwork.....its all on your pocket.
If I was you, my next mod would be some ITR cams. Thats just me though, because you said you wanted to see power gains. They will give you gains untuned and will be beneficial keeping your stock valvetrain (other cams your probably going to have to upgrade your valvetrain to see their potential).
You basically only have header back so there is a ton of stuff you can do. I'd almost save up and do 2-3 things at once....ITR cams, Carsound cat, VAFC....tune. Then, you'll be pretty happy with your gains.
Your going to need some cams to get something good out of that Skunk2 IM, because right now its probably causing you to lose power low/midrange and possibly top end too because you don't really have a powerful setup. So, get ITR cams.

ITR cams or crower stage 2 or 3, that will give u some HP and jdm itr sway bar too to make ur car more stable but no HP for that sway bar.

imo, you should definately spend your money on some better suspension parts, unless all you do is drag race, in which case you can the suspension parts anyway.
girls dont like a car that rides so bouncy. I say you getting layed is more important than 10hp to the wheels.
