Default 18" wheels help please quick

im buying rims today hopefully and i need to know a few things, 18's wheels lets say 215/35/18 will they rub the wheel well when i turn? also will i be able to lower the car if i buy them?

Assuming there on a ~7in rim, and the offset is around 40mm or so I think you should be just fine. They should be almost exactly the same heigth and width as a stock tire. I would think you could also lower the same amount that you could with stock wheels.

im on 225-40-18 tires and lowered on coilovers, i do not rub.

I was on 215/35-18's dropped 1.75" and I rubbed in the rear on hard turns.

It depends on the offset of the wheel.

I have 215/35-18's on 7.5" wide rims with a 1.5" drop and I don't rub at all.

alright, well the wheels im looking at would be 225/40/R18
i need to know definitly if they will fit because im talking about alot of my money here

i know someone slammed on 225-40-19. He dosent get rubbed but then again its not literally slammed but its lowered...there nice rims too i thought woah 19 to big to flashy but there some nice rims.
