Default Headlight Problem! power is getting to the connector, HELP!!

I have a 94 integra and having problems with my drivers side low beam, i have tested the connector itself with a test light and it did light up, bulbs are not blown because i took the working one out of the passenger side and put it in the drivers side but didn't work!

anyone have any ideas what this might be? break in the wire? if so anyone know or have a diagram of how the headlight wires routes itself through the engine bay? or any help at all, this is driving me nuts

check the grounds... Theres this small plastic covered piece that is bolted on to the frame around the headlight area.. That is where all the grounds are grounded to the battery.. Try unbolting it and cleaning that area..

Also check the actual ground wire for that bulb..

If you think there's a break in the wire, wiggle or jerk it..

BUMP!! still can't find the problem.

1 more thing i noticed i can tap the bulb on a piece of metal in the engine bay and the light will flicker, but that's all that will happen, won't turn on other then that.
