weird buzzing sound at startup

weird buzzing sound at startup
everytime i start up my car there is a weird buzzing noise. then after a couple secs of buzzing its gone. my friend says it could be normal and it may be the ecu?? any ideas?

Don't know what a fuel pump is? Hint - IT PUMPS THE FUEL 
. Just playin buckaroo. It's probably your ABS which will do that all the time. Under the assumption you don't know what ABS is it means ANTI LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM. If your car has that then I can almost guarantee to you that is what you hear. If you car has that and the sound is coming from the engine compartment(Thats the compartment your engine is in). Then it's nothing to worry about.

second that; it's your ABS system. Completely normal for an integra with abs. Have someone else start your car while you stand by your passenger side fender, by your engine, and you'll hear it clearly.
