Default 12w6v1 vs 12w6v2

im shopping for subs and decided to get jl audio. i found 12" w6v1 for $400 and 12" w6v2's for $600. Is there a huge difference between the two?

correction to one of your employees, lol, but the last w6v1 was made in 2003, not 96

I thought the W6 line was discontinued around 01-02? Are you maybe refering to the 8's or something like that?

We when you go to the JL Website and pull up the manual for th 12w6 that have a printed date of 02-2003 so i would assume they were discontinued in 03.
But don't quote me i am just taking a wild guess....TnT
