EX Turbo
Mt friend had just bought a Garret T3/T4 hybrid turbo and all other parts necessary to put it on a civic si. He never used it and is dumping it off real cheap. Would it be worht my while putting it on my EX. It's a 1999 with around 40,000 miles. If so what should i do.
