Default Mini Me OverHeats at high RPM's

Ok Last week I put together a D16z6/D15b7 Mini me Since i Got it started ive had a problem with it running hot. the first problem was the O2 sensor went bad and was telling the car it was to rich, so the car was running real lean. I fixed that.

Now When i Drive on the highway or really get into it like Redline first and second. My cars temp shoots up into the red. I Reved the car with the hood open and i can see at high RPM's the Rad fulid is just being kicked into the Overflow tank.
Ive Replaced the Thermostat, And the Radiator Cap. Im Really confused on what it could be. I Dont think its the Water pump cuz it seems to be working. I Cant do much to the car know Since its pretty hot and its a warm day. But i was hoping you guys would have some ideas.

Also i have searched and could not find anything with a solid answer or anything that pertains to my situation. Thanks in advance guys.

u used a NEW head gasket right?

sounds like a head sealing problem (head gasket, warped head/block) etc...

I was being Cheap and Reused my Metal Headgastket From My D15b. I was Leaning towards a Headgasket problem to. I really was hoping that it wouldn't be that. I reused the metal Gaskets befor maybe i didn't put Enuff Copper coat on this time. I Geuss i dont have much of a choice ill have to pull the head back off. And take a look.

How much is another metal one from Honda? I dont feel like Trying another used gasket. I just wantt it done with. Im sick I doing things twice with this car.

Did you bleed the coolent system? Air pockets can cause hot spots in the block and they might not show until the temp gets up there.

Yeah, I suspect head gasket too...but burp your radiator first to be sure.

*don't forget to get your cyl. head resurfaced if you're replacing your head gasket. Better yet, make sure that you check both head and block surface for warping...I made the mistake of simply putting in new gaskets and had to do it again in a month then had to disassemble block to get it resurfaced altogether.

Well i finnaly got around to pulling the head today. New Gasket Still does it. So now im leaning towards my biggest fear. A Cracked head. It was the head that Came of my Hydrolocked D15b So im thinking its cracked somewere were i cant see it. I checked when i pulled it but didn't see a dam thing. It only does it when it warms so im pretty sure its cracked. Im gonna put my VX head on it tommorow and see what Happens.

What happens when you rev it with the radiator cap off?

I get a Bath. lol. If i hold the RPM's At 4 grand, Can see bubbles comming Up. Also if i disconnect the hose from the bottle and rev the motor alittle bit i see what looks to be steam but its just Water mist. This is all without the car overheating most of the time it even below Normal Opperating temp. The car only needs to run for like 2mins befor it starts doing it.

Ok Well I switched the Heads today. That was probley the bigest waste of time so far.

1 the Vx Head has a super small Combution camber. Im Geussing my Comp Is around 11.5/1. Predetonation knocks like a mother.

2 Leaked even worse. Im not sure what the problem could be at this point. I have a Feeling somehow the Sleeves have sunk.

Theres the info let me know what you guys think.

I Looked for cracks in the sleeve didn't see any. Im Thinkin the block is Really warped or somehow the Pistons Sleeves Sunk. IDK know any more. But i have work At 11:00 tonight and now i have to Swap my old head back on. Im think about adding 2 head gaskets to lower the compression. So it wont be *** bad.

Im just gettin Very Sick of the problems. I really dont feel like pulling the motor agian.

Good Day,

Oh yeah i forgot to post the Problem. It turn out to be the Metal Head Gaskets, I couldn't get them to Seat for ****. I was pissed being that i pulled the Head 7 times in one day. So i Finnaly Got a Felpro Composit Headgasket. It sealed it right up. But i hate those Headgaskets Ther messy as hell when you pull them back off.
