Why I love the R?
Cause my near stock ITR with r-comp tyres manages to keep up with the porsches, heavily modded WRXes and Evos at the local autocross.

I love the R too, and cant imagine driving anything else. When my 00 PY got jacked, the first thing I did was look for a replacement. Didnt take long either, it kinda fell into my lap.

 

The Teg in general, with the right set up, is a fun/tossable car! I miss the twisties and Sears Point in Northern Cali!

 

I love my R too - and I aint even got it yet !! Everyone on here makes me wanna spend all my money on 10 of em at the same time

 

u cant not love the sound of vtec screaming towards 9,000. it sounds especially good when on the high way, with vtec screaming as u bet a lancer going psshh psshh. i say lose the turbo and buy an R!!

psshht psshht sounds like the sound I make when I run to the bathroom in a rush All my friends here in the UK swear by Cosworth engines - even know someone who has pushed 700+ bhp out of one and blitzes a r34 easy.

But they make so much noise, and everyone has one, and the sound of the pssht pssht are so recognisable.

The funny thing was, I took my friend who owns a 360bhp cossie, and we test drove an ITR, and the smile on his face was beaming

..... only 3 days to go until I get mine ..... oh the sweat ............
