ok... I doubt there is such a thing as a lower price (around $400) Camcorder that takes quality video's and can film at night fairly well.

doesn't matter, just has to be a good one... and I looked at tons of reviews but I'm stupid when it comes to cameras

What about that? It's a top seller under $500, I don't know much about camcorders either though.

i have a camcorder, mint condition. rarely used in box with all paperwork and all accesories that come with the camcorder. its a sony video Hi8 model no: CCD-TRV118 if anyone is interested hit me up, ill let it go for 150.00 shipped anywhere in the US. here is a picture:
