REBUILD PROBLEM
Engine was taken out of the car(D16Y8) and air conditioning was removed. Bottom end stock crank, eagle rods, SRP pistons ARP head studs. As for the head just a Comp Cam and re-adjusted the valves, and the rest, Skunk 2 Intake manifold, 520cc MSD injectors with stock fuel rail+regulator. Skunk 2 exhaust cat-back AEM CAI, New wires and plugs 2 degrees colder. Anyways the engine was rebuilt and put back in the car. All connections were hooked back up except for 1 air conditioner plug.
ANYWAYS HERE IS THE PROBLEM, When the engine is started up it is not burning all the fuel, you can smell it out of the exhaust and the cat goes RED HOT!! and it just seems like its not running right. Also the check engine light stays on.
NEED HELP ASAP!!!!
Also am going OBDI chipped with hondata and going turbo.

You should get stock injectors back in there ASAP. If this is a new build you are running the risk of washing the cylinder walls, which will prevent the rings from seating well.
Yeah man I agree.
You cannot run the 520cc injectors with the stock ecu.
That is your problem, However if your running that rich that still does not explain why your cat is glowing red.
If this is true then your cat is clogged could be from running so rich.
