Default Flame Me PLease

Ok I'm a fraud, i admit it! I don't own an ITR but i wish i could

Here is the real truth, i'm buying my bro's co-worker's CW 94 integra Rs/ls (not sure which)

He has a JDM type R engine (58k miles) and tranny and some mods that i dunno of.
I'm buying the car for $11000 cdn. I know i can't get a real ITR so i'm gonna be make a replica.

I'm gonna spend a few grand more trying to make it close as possible to a 97 Type R look alike.

That means i need to order :

Type R spoiler
Type R decals
Type R front lip
5 lug conversion along with Type R white rims
Red acura Emblems

I'm a student right now and this is my first car so i'm pretty happy with wut i'm getting.

Now that the truth is out, FLAME ON!!!!!

That is a tad pricey for a car that age isn't it? Power to you, good luck with the purchase.

Pricey, not at all. This is Canada we're talking about. Here in Manitoba the autotraders sell regular 95-96 integra Rs/ls with like 100k+ miles for like $8000-$11000 and gsrs from like $14000-$16000.

$11000 for a CW integra Rs/Ls with a 98 JDM Type R engine and Tranny and with only 58000 miles on the engine is fucken sweet.

And I'm putting Decals on it whether u ppl like it or not

The thing is i would if i can find a good 97 ITR for sell in Manitoba but the closes i've came up to was a 99 (which i'm sure the guy had the autotrader ad wrong since there were no 99 ITR). I don't want to go to other provinces or the states just to buy an ITR from someone who i dunno . i might get scammed and end up with a ITR full of problems.

There most certainly were 99 ITRs in Canada.

You're also going to need to shave the door side-mouldings. And since you're not sure if its an LS or RS the sunroof will have to go too. Not to mention the interior parts ($$$) and the unibody reinforcements (not talking about the bars).

The integra doesn't have doorside mouldings (the black stripes rights?) and the integra has no sun roof. as for the interior goes, i can buy a type R shift ****, shift boot, center console, floor mats, and Type R Red Racing Seats (know someone with a Real PY 00 Type R and he's selling his seats for $900 cdn).

As for the unibody reinforcements.... i don't give a **** because its not that big of an impact

again, you are going to have to remove the side moldings.. you will also need a guage cluster. imo, just buy the real one.

let him do what he wants to do.

months from now when he realises that he doesnt have a real type r, but wants to try to pass it off as one, and some non-ricer guy comes up and points it out to him, his expression will be priceless

thats right. youre going to be dumping lots of $$$ trying to pose, and to buy the expression on your face.

btw, greyteg hes not lost...i think you forgot about the $bling$ leather wrap on the usdm integra steering wheel

$11000 + all that stuff you just listed.. + later you probably want type r seats and gauge and bars + etc.... so there goes couple grand. say.. $4000 with labour.

i saw some 97 REAL ITR on auto trader for 16500 CAD.

so. why dont you do some search before you actually buy it.. and buy a real one..

And weld the floor plates in....they may come loose when you spray your NOS though, but don't worry....

Then put that Type R decal on, because that's what ricers do....claim something they are not...SWEET!
